We provide tools for meaningful interactions including live chats, video calls, voice calls, personalized video messages, and even in-person meet and greets (if offered by the influencer). Our priority is to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both parties.
HY Influencer acts only as a connector between influencers and fans.
We deduct a commission from each payment before transferring the amount to the influencer.
Influencers and users are fully responsible for their interactions and behavior.
All activity on the platform must remain respectful, legal, and within the service guidelines.
Any form of inappropriate content, abuse, or policy violation will result in strict action including bans, legal notice, and removal from the platform.
Keep your profile updated with accurate information and a professional photo.
Do not promote personal contact numbers, social media handles, or external platforms.
Avoid any behavior that could damage the credibility of the platform.
Do not accept payments outside the HY Influencer system.
Set and manage your availability carefully.
Be punctual for scheduled sessions.
If you’re unable to attend a booking, inform our support team in advance.
Influencers will be paid after deduction of platform commission.
Withdrawals will be allowed once the minimum threshold is reached.
Attempting to manipulate the system or engage in fake bookings may result in permanent account ban.
All bookings must be paid for in advance.
No refunds will be issued unless the influencer fails to deliver.
You are responsible for ensuring your internet and device are functioning before sessions.
Don’t misuse the platform to obtain contact information or propose offline deals.
Speak respectfully with influencers in all formats.
Recording or screenshotting sessions without permission is strictly prohibited.
Users engaging in any inappropriate behavior will be permanently removed without warning.
Sessions are time-based and must be booked in advance.
Influencers may take time to respond based on availability.
Do not spam or send repeated messages unnecessarily.
All chat conversations must remain respectful and within platform policies.
Ensure you have a strong internet connection before the call begins.
Be present at the scheduled time. If you miss the session, no refund will be provided.
Influencers have the full right to end the call immediately if any inappropriate behavior occurs.
Recording, screen capturing, or asking personal questions is strictly prohibited.
Voice calls are audio-only interactions and must remain professional.
Do not attempt to flirt, threaten, or record the call.
Influencers can cut the call if they feel disrespected at any point.
Every call is monitored by the system for safety reasons.
Users must submit clear and respectful instructions when booking.
Influencers will deliver videos based only on what has been requested.
No hate speech, personal promotion, or political/religious references are allowed.
Turnaround time depends on the influencer’s schedule and availability.
Meetups are subject to influencer availability, safety protocols, and location access.
HY Influencer will not be responsible for any offline interaction or consequences.
A formal consent form must be signed by both parties before any official meetup.
No gifts, personal contacts, or physical gestures are allowed without consent.
All user and influencer data is protected with end-to-end encryption.
Any violation of privacy will be treated with legal seriousness.
Both parties must avoid sharing confidential or sensitive content during sessions.
Repeated complaints or misuse may lead to permanent suspension without notice.
HY Influencer reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate our terms.
All digital sessions are monitored for policy compliance.
In case of disputes, platform records will be used for investigation.
Legal action may be taken in case of fraud, harassment, or impersonation.
Our support team is available to assist with any issues or concerns.

Response time is generally between 24 to 48 working hours.
